The Historical Society meets -- the last Tuesday of every month at the Fort Loudon Community Center.

The Cherokee Council of 1758 celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Forbes Campaign
June 20,21 and 22, 2008 at the Pennsylvania State Historic Site of Fort Loudoun.
Co-sponsored by the Concocheague Institute and The Fort Loudon Historical Society.

Fort Loudon Garden tour
co-sponsored by the Fort Loudon Historical Society and Fort Loudon Community Center.
Various area homes will be featured. The Colonial Gardens at the Patton House at the fort site will also be included.
$10 admission will be charged.

and hear their stories.

The Patton House and fort stockade will be open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. this summer beginning , Saturday, May 28, 2005 and running through Labor Day.
Visitors are welcome to take a self-guided tour of the fort site and visit the display area in the Patton House.
